Hi, I know this is an older post but I hope someone is checking the comments and might still see this But I just came across this great site while searching for Lead testing information.

I am currently looking for someone to do lead testing on a home I am purchasing. I am very frustrated that so far the people I have called say they come out and take one sample and have it sent to a lab. This does not seem very effective and is not going to make me feel better.
Can anyone tell me what type of testing I need to look for like the author of this article got, where they were able to tell her there was a lead problem on a wall hidden behind a wall. This ist he thourgh type of testing I am looking for! I am in Arizona also, if anyone has any recommentations.

This discussion is helpful and I thought perhaps we could expand it by including thoughts about the King Open Ola Program. My daughter will be starting J-K in the Ola program in the fall. Neither me or my husband speak Portugese but we love the King Open school and thought it was a bonus that they offer a Portugese Immersion program (like Amigos) at the school that seems right for us. If anyone has experiences of this school I would love to hear them. Thank you!!
